After completing a degree in Rural Enterprise & Land Management at Harper Adams University in 2011, Tillie travelled to New Zealand to work on a large split block dairy farm in the Waikato gaining a wealth of knowledge in grass based dairy farming.

Tillie joined Harvey Hughes as an Agricultural Consultant in February 2022, after working for nine years as a Farm Operations & Compliance Manager for a large multi-site dairy farming business based in Cheshire. Gaining a wealth of knowledge in all areas of livestock farming, in particular dairy she can offer extensive support to farmers in all areas including but not limited to practical and financial farm management, strategic planning and compliance including Health and Safety.  She has a particular interest in people management and personal development and enjoys facilitating discussion groups.

Outside of work Tillie helps on her partners family beef and sheep farm in the Staffordshire Moorlands, as well as spending time with her young family.
